Unlimited here means the licence does not cap it. It does not mean free. The tokens are billed by whoever you hold the key with, so the running cost scales with use and sits outside this purchase entirely.

Which tier to buy

Buy it if you already pay an AI provider directly, you are comfortable in Google Sheets, and four workflows covers what you want automated. The unlimited seats and sites make it unusually good value for a small team.

Walk if you need to try before committing. There is no way to do that here, and that is a legitimate reason to choose something else.
